OUR STORY

It didn’t start with fashion. It started with an old box filled with letters, photographs and memories.

Whilst moving house, Sophia realised something simple yet special: the clothes she had never been able to part with were rarely the latest trends. They were the pieces connected to a story. A blouse from a trip to Tuscany. A dress she wore on an unforgettable evening. A favourite coat she brought out every autumn, year after year.

That realisation became the beginning of Sophia Rosemere London.

Together with James, she wanted to create something personal: a small family run business with the warmth and genuine care of a traditional London boutique. A place where women can discover thoughtfully selected clothing that feels elegant and comfortable not simply for one season, but for the moments that become lasting memories.

We believe clothing gains meaning through the life you live in it. A birthday with family. A first day somewhere new. A quiet afternoon in the city. An evening you still remember years later. You don’t forget those moments, and often, you don’t forget what you wore either.

As summer slowly gives way to autumn, it becomes a busy time behind the scenes. We are clearing and reorganising our stockroom to make space for our complete autumn and winter collection.

That means saying goodbye to a number of styles from previous collections, while some of our first autumn favourites are also temporarily available at a reduced price. During our End of Summer Sale, you’ll find a carefully selected range of summer and autumn pieces at lower prices. Some of these styles will not return once the clearance ends.

It is our way of making room for a new season and your opportunity to discover a special piece that may remain part of your own story for years to come.
